A limited liability company (“LLC”) or private limited company (“société à responsabilité limitée”) has three main features:
The LLC is the company in which a limited number of partners contribute a determined amount;
The partners’ corporate units of the LLC are exclusively represented by non-negotiable financial securities; and
These financial securities may be transferred only in accordance with the law.
