Bertrand Mariaux Avocats a eu l'honneur de travailler à l'élaboration de la nouvelle publication du livret de l'Union Luxembourgeoise de l'Économie Sociale et Solidaire intitulée: Sociétés d'Impact Sociétal (SIS) et Associations Sans But Lucratif (ASBL). Il s'agit d'un ouvrage pratique comparant les différentes formes juridiques de SIS avec les ASBLs, ceci afin d'aider ces dernières ainsi que toute entreprise sociale à se développer et à faire éventuellement le choix de la SIS pour bénéficier de nombreuses possibilités et potentiellement d'importantes exemptions fiscales. La SIS est une nouvelle structure d'entrepreneuriat social des plus innovantes en comparaison avec ce qui existe déjà dans d'autres juridictions. La SIS permet l'éclosion d'un impact social positif maximal.

Bertrand Mariaux Avocats has had the honour of being involved in putting together the Union Luxembourgeoise et de l'Économie Sociale et Solidaire (Luxembourgish Union for the Social and Solidarity Economy)’s new booklet, entitled Sociétés d'Impact Sociétal (SIS) et Associations Sans But Lucratif (ASBL) (Societal Impact Companies and Non-profit Organisations). This is a practical publication comparing the various legal forms of SISs with ASBLs in order to help the latter – or any other social enterprise – to expand and, where appropriate, to choose to become a SIS in order to take advantage of the numerous opportunities (and, as the case may be, significant tax exemptions) available to SISs. The SIS is a new social enterprise structure and one of the most innovative to date. Choosing to become a SIS could well help an enterprise achieve its full potential in terms of positive social impact.
