European Social Entrepreneurship & European Venture Capital Funds (SICAR) - #274-263*

Investment companies in risk capital (sociétés d’investissement en capital à risque - “SICARs”) qualifying as European Social Entrepreneurship Funds (“EuSEF”) or European Venture Capital (“EuVECA”) funds have the option of being subject to the EuSEF and EuVECA legislation. Both regimes benefit from the European passport which permits the marketing of the fund to EU-based eligible investors.
